AUTHOR INFORMATION

Authors must register by 14 May 2011
If you are an author of a regular, short, fast abstract or workshop paper, you must register at the advance author registration rate fee for each paper (full registration is either IEEE Member or Non Member). This does not include the Doctoral Symposium. Doctoral Symposium authors can register their Doctoral Symposium paper at the student-member rate. Doctoral Symposium authors are not allowed to register under the Day Pass category. Failure to follow this policy may result in unregistered work being removed from the proceedings.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE COMPSAC 2011 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full registration rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, each of the first two papers requires the full registration rate of $850 (or $1190 for non members) each. Additional papers (conference or workshop) can be registered for US$450 each. Ten (10) pages are included for a regular paper and six (6) pages for a workshop paper. Each additional page for a regular/workshop paper is US$250, maximum of two (2) additional pages.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Fee Schedule

Papers 1-2, $850/1190 full registration each; Papers, 3- $450 reduced registration each.
